    Return the kybun trial standing mat in its original box and order a new kybun active standing mat in your desired size and thickness. Please note the return conditions. The deposit and processing fee will be credited towards your new kybun active standing mat. Returns are free of charge.

Warranty services

No warranty services can be granted for kybun test standing mats. This also applies if you keep the standing mat after the test phase.

Used kybun test standing mats

The kybun test standing mat is a rental product. Therefore, you may receive a previously used mat. Since we place great importance on hygiene, we professionally clean and disinfect each mat before it reaches the next customer.

Cleaning

Everyday mishaps happen quickly – we understand that. Should the fabric cover of the mat be soiled, we ask that you wash it in the washing machine at 40 degrees before returning it.

Refund of your deposit

When you return the kybun trial standing mat, we will of course refund your deposit. This will be done within approx. 5 working days of receiving the standing mat. Please use the original box for the return shipping.

Return policy

The kybun trial standing mat must be returned in the original box within 30 days of receipt. If this period is exceeded, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
